- Briefly recap how to decipher the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) personality type codes
- Explore more deeply the four perceiving functions – extraverted sensing (Se), introverted sensing (Si), extraverted intuition (Ne), and introverted intuition (Ni)
- Participate in practical exercises and a lively, interactive discussion for clarifying the fundamentals of personality type using Danielle Poirier’s Magnificent 16 video clips

Jackie Riley has more than 20 years of experience in human resources and organizational development. She is recognized for her creative ideas, sound diplomacy, and unique ability to be a catalyst for positive change. Jackie excels in maximizing effectiveness and productivity of small work groups; and is equally accomplished in managing communication and cohesive functioning of larger business units to serve common organizational goals. She is skilled in achieving a development culture characterized by employee engagement and accountability as well as continuous learning and performance improvement. Jackie serves on the SacAPT Board of Directors and arranges for the delicious food for all of our programs. Jackie has INTJ preferences. Barbee Seymour is a Certified MBTI® Practitioner, is the current SacAPT Board President, and a member of BAAPT. Barbee has extensive experience as a Counselor, Trainer, Facilitator and Coach with two global career management consulting firms. Barbee is consistently acknowledged for her enthusiasm, and passionate desire to help individuals identify and market their unique gifts. She has ISFJ preferences.
Julie Wright, M.S. is a Certified MBTI® Practitioner and has been an active member of both SacAPT and BAAPT. She received APTI's Excellence in Leadership Award in 2011 in recognition of her work with both chapters. Julie is owner of Wright On Your Money, a personal money management business, and has many years of experience applying type in a corporate setting as a project manager and corporate trainer. She has ENFJ preferences.
