Taming Your Mr. Hyde: Using Type to Manage Everyday Stress

Julie Wright, M.S.

Do you notice that when your life is humming along, you behave in a way that’s consistent with your type preferences? But when tired or under stress, your gentle Dr. Jekyll turns into vicious Mr. Hyde?

Join us on Thursday, November 21st, when we explore how our seemingly out-of-character behaviors are actually predictable, adaptive, and necessary expressions of our normal personalities.

Based on the works of Naomi Quenk -- Was That Really Me? and In the Grip – Julie will facilitate a highly interactive discussion to help you discover:

  • What are you like when you are most yourself?
  • What are you like when you are not yourself?
  • What events or circumstances are likely to cause the reactions and changes you experience?
  • How can you use your knowledge of type to help you return to your more typical self?
  • How can you apply this to help others?
Whether you’re new to type or a seasoned practitioner, this session is for you!
