Soul Work: An Exploration of Type and Spirituality
Sandra Nelson, M.A.
We start with the assumption that each of us is on a spiritual journey toward integration and wholeness, and this distinctive path we take is influenced by our type preferences. This workshop will include in-depth exercises focusing on the four mental functions: Sensing, Intuition, Thinking and Feeling. Some will resonate with you more deeply than others, but all can have something valuable to offer. Special attention to our preferred functions can expand our range of meaningful practices that can support us on our journey. While we will be working primarily from a Judeo-Christian perspective, we will also be incorporating elements from other religions and non-religious traditions.
Sandra Nelson, MA, (ENFJ) has over twenty-five years of experience as a consultant and trainer focusing on the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Helping others find relationships between spirituality and a variety of art forms is an important element in her personal development workshops. She has presented at past APT conferences on “Personality and Stress”, “Soul Work” and “Corporate Culture and the Feeling Function.” |
